FAQ
How do I claim the Viking Bingo welcome bonus?
The welcome bonus is available upon registration. If you are claiming a no deposit free spins offer, you must add a valid debit card using the 'Add a Card' pop-up immediately after completing registration to receive your free spins. Do not close any claim promotion pop-up, as the offer will not be re-credited to your account.
What are the wagering requirements on bonus funds at Viking Bingo?
You must wager 65x the amount of bonus won plus any existing wagering requirement before you can cash out. For example, if you win £10 in bonus funds and have no existing wagering requirement, you must wager £650 before withdrawing. Only bonus balance wagers count towards this requirement — real money wagers do not contribute.
Which games contribute towards the wagering requirement?
Not all games count towards fulfilling your wagering requirement. Blackjack (all variants), Roulette (all variants), other casino-style games, and progressive jackpot slots do not contribute. Bonus money cannot be wagered on progressive jackpot slots, bingo, table games, or live casino games.
Is there a maximum amount I can withdraw from bonus winnings?
Yes. Once wagering requirements are met, the maximum amount converted to withdrawable real money is equal to your lifetime deposits, up to a cap of £250. If you have not made a deposit, the maximum bonus conversion is £50. Any remaining bonus balance above this limit is permanently removed from your account.
Do welcome bonus free spins expire?
There is no expiry on the welcome offer itself and no promotional code is required. However, all bonus balance and pending promotional offers are removed from your account if your last login is more than 7 days ago, so it is important to remain active after claiming.
Can I use the welcome bonus on any game?
Free spins from the welcome offer can only be played on specific games chosen by Viking Bingo. The eligible games will be listed in the specific marketing material for the offer. Wins from free spins are credited as bonus cash and are subject to the 65x wagering requirement.
What happens if I withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement?
If you choose to withdraw before fulfilling the wagering requirement, you will forfeit all remaining bonus funds and any outstanding promotions. Your real money balance can be withdrawn at any time, but bonus funds can never be directly withdrawn.
Are there any deposit restrictions that affect bonus eligibility?
Yes. You will not receive a promotion if you have a pending withdrawal, and it will not become available once the withdrawal is processed. Additionally, if you deposit via the 'Quick deposit' or 'In-Game' deposit option, you will not automatically receive promotional offers — contact customer support to claim any eligible promotion. The minimum deposit to qualify for promotional offers is £10 unless stated otherwise.
